Thomas Nassim
Tom Nassim is an account manager with Monitor Innovation, a part of the Monitor Group Company. Since joining Monitor in 1998, Tom has worked with senior executives across a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, basic materials, logistics and telecommunications, in engagements spanning North America, Europe and Asia.
Tom is actively involved in exploring the applications of design theory and techniques to illuminate and resolve the growth challenges facing his corporate clients. Much of his recent work has focused on designing and embedding an innovation competence within large commercial organizations. In addition to a focus on innovation, Tom has significant expertise in competitive strategy, marketing strategy, and organizational design.
Tom holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and undergraduate degree in History from Amherst College.
