Ronald S. Jonash

Ron Jonash is a senior member of Monitor Innovation and partner of the Monitor Group Company.  Ron has nearly 30 years consulting experience, 24 with Arthur D. Little where he was Chief Innovation Officer and Global Managing Director of the Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) practice for seven years as the practice grew to more than $50 million. He specializes in driving growth through innovation and managing strategic assets and technologies across marketing and R&D from concept to customer to create and capture maximum company value.

Ron’s work has focused on helping clients make innovation real and capture the substantial financial and strategic premiums from improved innovation performance and leadership. His work has also focused on the development of sustainable partnerships and enterprise wide networks to source and drive innovation and leverage key competencies and technology assets to drive top and bottom line growth. Over the last 25 years, he has conducted extensive work on best practices and performance metrics in these areas across a variety of European, American, and Japanese companies, as well as, research institutes, government laboratories, and consortia.

He has written numerous leading articles dealing with issues at the interface of business and technology and around growth and innovation. He has authored two books, Strategic Technology Leveraging in the New Global Company and The Innovation Premium. He has degrees in economics, engineering and architecture from Princeton University.
