Melissa Quinn

Melissa Quinn leads Monitor Innovation's operations.  She is responsible for talent strategy and development, and manages the operating activities to support the fast paced growth of this practice area.  

Melissa first joined Monitor Group as a consultant in 1997.  Her consulting experience spans a variety of strategic issues, including due diligence and acquisitions, post-merger integration, corporate strategy, marketing and sales strategy, new business venturing, and, more recently, innovation strategy, implementation and capability building.  She has worked in a broad range of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, metals, high tech and healthcare. 

Melissa has also played a variety of internal management and business building roles across Monitor Group.  She led several firm functions, including consultant staffing, revenue management, and North American recruiting.  And she has significant experience in change management, acquisition integration, and new business venture strategy and operations.

Melissa has an undergraduate degree in Honours Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
