Melissa Quinn

Melissa Quinn is the manager of human assets and operations for Monitor Innovation, a part of the Monitor Group Company. 
In 1997 Melissa joined the Monitor Group as a consultant, leading a number of client projects across a variety of industries including financial services, telecommunications, aluminum, pharmaceuticals, high technology, and healthcare.  In 2006, Melissa joined Monitor Innovation as operations and human assets manager.

During her time at Monitor, Melissa has also been instrumental in a variety of internal management and business building roles across the Group.  She has led several firm functions, including consultant staffing, revenue management, and recruiting in North America.  Her experiences also include participation in several reorganization and change management initiatives, and multiple acquisition integrations. In addition, Melissa chaired a team of ‘human asset partners’ who provided internal consulting and support to help Monitor’s entrepreneurial businesses develop and implement their human assets strategies. 

Melissa has an undergraduate degree in Honours Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
