Bansi Nagji

Bansi Nagji is CEO of Monitor Innovation and a senior partner of Monitor Group Company.  He is also a Venture Partner with Monitor Ventures, an independent investment firm affiliated with Monitor Group.  Prior to joining Monitor in 1993, he worked as an attorney in London with one of Europe’s largest law firms. He has worked with a wide range of the Monitor’s global clients, advising them on strategies and their implementation in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Europe, Japan and Asia-Pacific. 

His primary area of expertise is marketing and innovation, with a particular focus on advising multinational companies on growth strategies.  His experience includes the development of corporate and business unit strategies, competitor and customer research, analysis of current and future industry structure, including scenario analysis.  His practice also includes work on organizational issues, including organizational structure, building innovation and marketing capabilities, top leadership development, and creating high-performing senior teams.  He has significant experience in a number of industries, including life sciences, medical devices, consumer products, automotive, and financial services.

He holds degrees from Cambridge University, England, and an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, France.
