Ben Jonash

Ben Jonash is a senior project leader of Monitor Innovation, a part of the Monitor Group Company. Ben’s focus is on helping large organizations address some of their most difficult growth and innovation challenges, working to create innovation strategies, as well as, embedding the required capabilities.

Since joining Monitor in 2003, Ben has worked in broad a range of industries, such as healthcare, telecommunications, food and beverage, transportation, oil and gas, and chemicals, across North America, Europe and Asia.  Through his work Ben has developed an expertise in leading interdisciplinary teams comprised of technologists, business design experts and ethnographers to diagnose a client’s growth issue and to design an effective solution. Ben has extensive experience in assessing a company’s innovation capabilities through the Balanced Scorecard, a methodology he co-developed.  Beyond his focus on innovation, Ben has experience in competitive strategy, marketing strategy, executive education, and M&A due diligence.

He is a contributing author to the book, 101 Innovation Breakthroughs.  Ben graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in business/finance.
