Innovation Diagnostic
The Innovation Diagnostic is a set of quantitative and evidence-based tools that examine root causes of suboptimal innovation performance through a set of quantitative and evidence-based tools. The diagnostic will reveal: how well aligned is the innovation strategy with the corporate strategy; what are the "hidden" organizational and cultural issues; what is the competitive strength of the pipelines; and to what degree are we leveraging our capabilities and processes. The diagnostic allows for an overall assessment of barriers to and levers for future activation of innovation, by analyzing an organization’s past performance, future potential, and current capacity for innovation.


Growth Through Innovation
Growth Through Innovation (GTI) is a systematic approach that helps clients bridge the growth gap between expected and actual performance.  The framework is based on the premise that sustainable growth platforms are neither market-driven pull nor solely technology push. Instead, GTI identifies platforms by repetitive mapping of market opportunities and assets.  Value is delivered by creating a path to sustainable growth with actionable pipelines of activities delivering near-, medium- and long-term growth.


High Performance Innovation
High Performance Innovation (HPI) is a systematic approach which helps clients institutionalize innovation by building capabilities and transforming the culture of their organization using innovation as the transformational logic.  Building on the foundation of an innovation diagnostic we coordinate actionable change across the organization across processes, systems, decision rights, organizational structure, metrics, and capabilities—and pipelines, partners, and platforms.  By focusing on these actionable business levers, we are able to turn innovation from a fuzzy, ill-defined term with little ownership or accountability into a driving force for change across the organization and the executive team – ultimately reducing ambiguity and uncertainty.
