Nanja Strecker
Nanja Strecker is a consultant and has worked for Monitor since 1998 — mainly in the field of telecommunications and media — advising clients in several European countries as well as South America.
In media she has been involved in projects such as:
- Corporate strategy review for major European media group
- Strategy and organizational design of ‘new media’ unit for leading
Spanish FTA TV channel
- Design of on-line strategy and services offer for advertising
subsidiary of TV channel
- Re-organisation of commercial arm of TV broadcaster in the
light of on-line strategy
In the field of telecommunication, Nanja has worked on several projects for new entrants focusing on entry and network strategy, launch support for new businesses as well as customer segmentation and offer design.
Since Nanja joined Monitor she evolved from a junior consultant to a case team leader. On her last assignments she managed case teams of up to 4 consultants.
Nanja received a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany, and did additional graduate studies at the University of Western Ontario London, Canada. She wrote her Master’s thesis on a telecommunications topic in Brazil.
